Binding Admission Option (Full-Time Greensboro)

NOTE: Full-Time (Charlotte Preference), Full-Time (No ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Preference) and Part-Time Charlotte applicants may only apply Regular Decision (RD).

The Binding Early Decision (ED) option is available beginning September 1, 2026 for Full-Time Greensboro applicants who, after careful consideration of their future plans and a thorough investigation of a variety of law schools, have concluded that the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ School of Law will provide them with the legal education that best fulfills their needs and expectations. Full-Time Greensboro applicants who are certain that Elon Law is their first choice are encouraged to apply as ED candidates.

ED candidates must submit a complete application by December 7, 2026. Only completed applications are considered. Applicants should also consider, and incorporate into their application timelines, the time it will take their CAS reports to be processed and transmitted to the School of Law.

ED candidates agree that they will not submit an early decision application to any other law school this application cycle. ED candidates will be notified by early January 2027 with a decision.

ED admits agree that they will withdraw pending applications to other law schools and not submit any additional applications. ED admits are required to deposit a non-refundable confirmation deposit of $900 by January 31, 2027. This deposit will be credited toward fall trimester tuition.
