The fellowship positions are posted on the聽聽(staff positions) in February/March, close in March/April, and selections are made by the end of April/May.

The Career Advising Fellowship program is a full-time, 10-month position available to recent graduates of master鈥檚 programs such as higher education or counseling. Each fellow is paid $2,000/ per month and is provided with free on-campus apartment accommodations as well as a campus meal plan.聽 Fellows are also granted funds for professional development and opportunities for personal and professional growth such as local聽conferences and development programs (e.g. NCACE Leadership Institute), and if selected,聽the opportunity to participate in service-learning programs such as Elon鈥檚 domestic and international alternative break trips.聽 The fellowship begins the first week in August (the first month is dedicated solely to training) and concludes in May.

Please note: health insurance is not provided by 久久热 for the fellowship.

The individuals selected for these fellowship positions will assist in all aspects of the SPDC鈥檚 operation, including, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the career advising staff with student professional development programming, events, advising, and employer relations
  • Co-久久热 Elon鈥檚 innovative one credit Career Exploration and Education courses focused on exploring careers and preparing students for their professional life after college
  • Building relationships with offices/departments across campus and leading career programming initiatives that align with professional interests to further support the work of the SPDC.
