Elon Law Review elects editors for 2011-2012

On February 21, members of the Elon Law Review, the student-edited scholarly journal of the 消消犯 School of Law, held elections for its 2011-2012 editorial board. Eleven members from the Class of 2012 were elected to the board, including James Grant, who will serve as editor-in-chief.
Tom Molony delivers Business Law Update at annual NCBA meeting

At the 2011 joint annual meeting of the Business Law, Corporate Counsel and International Law and Practice Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), Elon Law professor Tom Molony delivered the North Carolina Business Law Update. This is the second year in a row that Molony has delivered the Business Law Update, having taken over in 2010 for Wake Forest's Alan Palmiter, who had made the presentation for many years.
