Elon BrainCARE will host a symposium on concussions on Friday, April 11 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Walker Room, Alumni Field House.

Five second-year students, one alum (DPT 2013) and a faculty member from Elon DPTE presented their research work on February 21, 2014. 

The Department of Physical Therapy Education was represented at the Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association held in Las Vegas from Feb. 3-7, 2014.

Graduate students in the DPT and Physician Assistant Studies programs met in January with Elon's chaplain to reflect on the lives of men and women who are now human donors in the university's anatomy lab.

Elon’s School of Health Sciences welcomed two new classes of graduate students to the university community this week.

On Monday, Jan. 6, the Department of Physical Therapy Education and the Department of Physican Assistant Studies welcome the DPT and PA Classes of 2016.

The program in the Sacred Space of the Numen Lumen Pavilion signified the end of academic studies and the start of clinical education for members of the PA program's inaugural class.

Graduate students in Physician Assistant Studies heard Dec. 11, 2013, from several ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ professors who shared best practices for making a difference in the world by assisting the disadvantaged.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ leaders conferred degrees Sunday on 41 candidates in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program in a Whitley Auditorium filled with family and friends of the new graduates.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s schools of law and health sciences hosted a forum about the intricacies of determining individual “capacity” in legal and medical contexts.
