The continuing education opportunities brought more than 140 physical therapists from the state to Elon.

Forty-seven students received their doctor of physical therapy degrees at a commencement ceremony in McCrary Theatre on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017.

Elon's annual celebration of intellectual inquiry and scholarship features the work of eight accomplished faculty scholars as well as eight students who are working with faculty mentors on ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ research.

The School of Health Sciences hosted its second interprofessional education session on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017. The event included students from the Elon Physician Assistant, Elon Physical Therapy and Alamance Community College Nursing programs. 

LIFE@Elon members toured the anatomy space in the Gerald Francis Center on Thursday, Nov. 16.

The annual Department of Physician Assistant Studies symposium focused on medical improvisation, design thinking and empathy. 

Elon’s Physician Assistant Studies program was well represented at the 2017 National Physician Assistant Education Association Forum held Oct. 25-28 in Denver, Colorado. 

The ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ DPT Class of 2017 will hold commencement ceremonies beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, in McCrary Theater in the Performing Arts Center.  A reception will follow.

The event will focus on ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ's Anatomical Gift Program and will be held in Asheboro, N.C.

Becky Neiduski, who joined Elon earlier this year as head of the School of Health Sciences, was honored earlier this month.
