¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ get free snacks and a break in one of the neighborhood’s longest-standing events

The annual gathering will begin on Scott Plaza in front of Alamance Building at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3. Join the entire Elon community for a university tradition and celebration of light that kicks off the winter holiday season.

Manzano, who is best known for inspiring, educating and delighting children as Maria on "Sesame Street," will deliver the address in McCrary Theatre on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

Turkeypalooza is another opportunity for Elon to give back to the community by providing Thanksgiving meals for neighbors in need.

Elon's Festival of Holiday Lights will be held Tuesday, Dec. 3. with campus decorated with luminarias that honor those who have supported the university with their gifts and service.

The project will conclude for the year with a hands-on learning event held in partnership with Harvest Table Culinary Group on Dec. 4 in Alumni Gym.

The mugs, which are the final project for the students, will be available at College Coffee on Dec. 3 for a $10 donation to Burlington Animal Services.

Alumni, parents and friends gathered at The Julia Morgan Ballroom on Tuesday, Nov. 12, to kick off the historic Elon LEADS fundraising campaign in their region.

Lisa Kelly ’06, Pat Cooney ’15 and Jessie Wei ’06, all with Ernst & Young, met with students, reviewed resumes and participated in informational interviews while visiting Elon. Kelly also led a ‘Pathway to Partner’ fireside chat.

The Bunnell Idea Group founder and CEO visited Elon on Nov. 4 as part of the Chandler Family Professional Sales Center Speaker Series.
