, พรพรศศโs student-run news organization, was recognized with the College Media Association’s top honor โ the Big Apple Award โ at the in New York on March 1. The award recognizes the single best student news organization among schools with an enrollment of 3,000-9,999 students.
ENN also earned seven other individual and organizational Apple Awards, including first place in crisis coverage for its reporting on Hurricane Helene.

Elon students attending the National College Media Convention included Charlotte Pfabe โ27, Lilliana Molina โ27, Kathan Gandhi โ27 and Miles Hayford โ27. They were accompanied by Kelly Furnas, senior lecturer in journalism and ENN adviser.
