Professor Glenda Crawford in the School of Education and April Post, a lecturer in the Department of Foreign Languages, presented their work, titled “Applying Ethnographic Strategies to Enhance Transformation in University ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ through Cross-Disciplinary Academic Service-Learning,” at the 2nd International Conference on Education, Economy and Society in Paris, France on July 22.

David Neville, assistant professor of German and director of language learning technologies, published the article "Structuring Narrative in 3D Digital Game-Based Learning Environments to Support Second Language Acquisition” in the most recent issue of the Foreign Language Annals (Volume 43, Issue 3).

Molly McKnight Costigan, an ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Spanish major, has been named the recipient of a 2010 Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, which will fund one year in Spain ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ in an elementary school while conducting an independent project.

Four faculty members were honored May 12, 2010, for superior scholarship, ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, mentoring and service at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s faculty-staff awards luncheon. Those recognized included Eric Hall, April Post, Todd Lee and Jeffrey C. Pugh.
