¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, staff, faculty and members of the community gathered April 18 around Fonville Fountain to pray on Good Friday.

This annual event is a year-end celebration for all LGBTQI and ally students, faculty and staff. Graduating seniors will be honored during the dinner, and achievements in LGBTQIA inclusion at Elon will be recognized.

The campus community on April 11 celebrated a Hindu holiday that marks the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil.

Easter is a Christian holiday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. All are invited to the Catholic Mass held in McKinnon Hall in the Moseley Center.

Good Friday is a Christian holiday commemorating the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. All are invited to observe or participate in the annual Stations of the Cross held in Scott Plaza.

Holy Thursday (Maundy Thursday) begins the Christian three-day period of the Sacred Triduum leading up to Easter Sunday. All are invited to the Catholic Mass held at Holt Chapel, which will commemorate the Washing of the Feet and the Last Supper.

Nicole Winfield spoke April 4 in Whitley Auditorium about the men who have led the Catholic Church in recent years, the challenges facing the church, and how she maintains neutrality in her coverage as a Catholic herself.
