With over 450 students in attendance, Elonthon returns to campus with a bang.

Elon welcomes a national leader for diversity and inclusion work with previous experience at Wake Forest University and the University of Missouri.

A generous scholarship gift from alumna and Univision News Anchor Maity Interiano ’07 will assist students in Elon’s School of Communications. Her gift is part of the Elon LEADS Campaign.

The former Elon women’s basketball team captain and current Milwaukee Bucks reporter was honored in the “Outstanding Crafts Achievement On-Camera Talent” category for her work with Bally Sports Wisconsin. The 2015 alumna made history when she became the first woman to call play-by-play for the reigning NBA champions.

The �þ��� junior and executive director of Elon News Network has joined student journalists from across the country to participate in a national reporting project focused on policing and justice.

The assistant professor in cinema and televisions arts produced and script supervised the award-winning independent film “East of Middle West."

The recognition by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education and ACPA-College Educators International is based on the university’s strong commitment to diversity in student affairs workplaces and staffing practices.
