Lexi Thielemann ’23, Haden Cunningham ’23, Maddie Ohlweiler ’23, and Caitlin Busconi ’23 demonstrated their mastery of core competencies needed for today's human resource professionals by passing a springtime certification exam administered by the Society for Human Resource Management.

The certification requires a combination of academic coursework in project management and the successful completion of a three-hour, 150-question certification exam.

With focus on waste reduction and in conjunction with the �þ��� Race to Zero Waste Initiative, competitors developed innovative products, services, apps, or public awareness campaigns in their bid to win a $2,500 grand prize.

Mustafa Akben, a faculty member in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, created a machine learning model effective in evaluating job performance and leadership potential simply by analyzing emails.
