Recognizing the valuable assets that underrepresented identities bring to careers is both important and empowering. This recognition is especially powerful when listening to experiences through the sharing of candid personal stories. Authentic storytelling can lead us to increased self-discovery while reassuring us that we're not alone on our journeys toward personal and professional growth.

A 5:30 p.m. panel discussion at Elon Law in Greensboro and streamed live to main campus will give the community an opportunity to ask questions of scholars who have closely followed the impact of President Donald Trump's recent decrees.

David L. Morrow II ’07 L’10, ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s special advisor to the president and assistant chief of staff, and Gwendolyn Lewis L’13, alumni director at Elon Law, are being honored for their professional achievements, leadership and community involvement.

Rhoda Bryan Billings and Henry E. Frye each received a Chief Justice’s Professionalism Award from the North Carolina Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism. 

Two Elon Law classes traveled overseas in December to witness firsthand the many opportunities - and complexities - of practicing international law and working in intellectual property.

Elon Law students will again assist taxpayers with tax preparation, at no cost, in partnership with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide. The clinic runs Feb. 2 - April 13.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Assistant Professor Cherrel Miller Dyce challenged law students to better understand their social, moral and psychological identities before confronting threats to social justice in their careers.

A dozen of ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ School of Law's top students will guide the publication of the student-run and student-edited scholarly journal.

Professor Henry Gabriel has been named the 2017 recipient of the Leonard J. Theberge Award for Private International Law for making distinguished, long-standing contributions to the development of private international law.
