Elon Law professor Steve Friedland recently spoke to District Court judges for North Carolina at a special evidence seminar for the judges cosponsored by the Administrative Office of the Courts of North Carolina and the UNC School of Government at Chapel Hill.

Elon Law professors Andrew Haile and Thomas Molony analyzed a recent ruling of the Delaware Chancery Court and one from the North Carolina Business Court as they continued their "Business Law Developments" series in the June, 2010 edition of Notes Bearing Interest, a quarterly publication of the N.C. Bar Association.

Elon Law professor David Levine will feature several nationally acclaimed scholars on his radio show and podcast Hearsay Culture this summer, including University of Wisconsin Law School professor Shubha Ghosh, Laura DeNardis, Executive Director of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School, and law professors Eduardo Penalver of Cornell Law and Sonia Katyal of Fordham Law discussing their recent book, Property Outlaws.

Four members of the faculty at Elon Law travelled to Florida to participate in the 14th Biennial Conference of the Legal Writing Institute, held June 27 through July 1.
