The Berkeley Business Law Journal has published scholarship by Elon Law Professor Faith Rivers James focusing on demographic diversity as a strategy for nonprofits to achieve better corporate governance and organizational performance.

"Nationalities Papers: The Journal of Nationalism and Ethnicity" published the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ professor's history of relations between China and Tibet leaders - and what it all means for the West.

Elon Law joins the American Bar Association in observance of National Pro Bono Celebration Week. The annual event, which runs from October 19-27, 2013, casts a national spotlight on pro bono efforts across the country. Many of Elon Law's events are highlighted below. 

Elon Law Professor Scott Gaylord recently authored an amicus curiae brief and provided public analysis of the pending U.S. Supreme Court establishment clause case Town of Greece, N.Y. v. Galloway.
