The Elon Law Review hosts a program on Oct. 27, 2017, that will provide an update on recent case law and advisory opinions in mediation and arbitration.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, faculty and staff shared their reactions to learning Monday that Dr. Connie Ledoux Book will serve as ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s ninth president.

Constance “Connie” Ledoux Book, provost of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and former ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ faculty member and administrative leader, has been elected the university’s ninth president.

Praised for its Residency-in-Practice Program, Elon Law was featured in a back-to-school issue cover story about law schools "on the cutting edge when it comes to preparing students for the future."

"Solar Financing in North Carolina: The Untapped Potential of Power Purchase Agreements" by Associate Professor Andy Haile was published in the most recent issue of the North Carolina Law Review.

Jennifer Mencarini in the Office of Career & Student Development is among 45 emerging business, education, and civic leaders taking part in Leadership Greensboro's Class of 2018.

Supported by a gift from the Class of May 2017, the networking event in Cemala Commons allowed Elon Law students to learn more about the types of careers enjoyed by law school alumni.

Elliot Engstrom, a Legal Method & Communication Fellow, recently delivered a presentation to attorneys and legal observers on North Carolina's public record statutes and case law, arguing that the state needs a better approach to ensuring government transparency.

David L. Morrow II ’07 L’10, special adviser to the president and assistant chief of staff at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, recently joined the American Bar Association’s Advisory Commission for the Division for Public Education.

Several students and the law school’s senior associate dean for admissions took part in programs organized over two days in Greensboro, North Carolina, at N.C. A&T State University and Bennett College.
