¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ was recognized as a workplace that supports the health and well-being of working families and children.

An Xbox, three and a half tires, a trash can and a chair, along with 18 bags of trash, were collected by 17 Elon employees during a recent cleanup in Alamance County.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ's Mid-Level Professionals Institute cohort assisted South Alamance Family Empowerment in converting their Hwy 87 pantry into a grocery-style Choice Pantry, providing a dignified shopping experience for families facing food insecurity.

An employee resource group at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ connects veterans and veteran-affiliated family members from across campus and builds community.

The accomplished college administrator will join the Elon community in February with a background in strategic oversight, program development, and change management across the employee lifecycle at Wake Forest University. 

Rhonda Belton, associate director of institutional research for ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, was a guest at an atypical December Academic Affairs Advisory Council meeting that took a pleasant turn she was not expecting.

As part of Elon’s Inclusive Excellence system, the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Inclusive Excellence Education and Development (OIEED) offers Inclusive Excellence training.
