Elon's chapter of Delta Phi Alpha, the national German honor society, hosted an induction ceremony on May 5, welcoming its newest members

Caren Aveldanez and Ally Shearon are two of 19 �þ��� and graduate students studying abroad and Study USA this fall. "The Nineteen" is a series where we’ll take a closer look at these students’ stories to learn how global education is happening in this historic moment.

Edited by William Moner, Phillip Motley and Rebecca Pope-Ruark, “Redesigning Liberal Education: Innovative Design for a Twenty-First-Century Undergraduate Education” provides case studies of innovation at several institutions and vision chapters of higher education’s future, with notable contributions from Elon faculty, staff and administrators.

Jonathan Granville and Crystal Sharp, both members of the Class of 2019, were awarded grants to teach English in Austria during the 2019-20 school year.

Eighteen new members were inducted into Elon's chapter of the Delta Phi Alpha German national honor society ion May 10.
