The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning is pleased to announce the recipients of the Diversity and Inclusion Grants for the 2018-19 academic year, as well as their projects.

Matthew McKenzie ’16 was one of 30 U.S. Ford employees selected for the company’s Thirty Under 30 program last year.

The new program will enable students to complete their engineering education on the Elon campus and choose from a variety of academic concentrations. 

Physics and engineering students and faculty gathered Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, on the last day of classes for the annual end of semester banquet.

Join us for the Society of Physics ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ' annual competition, open to both students and alumni, in which we combine physics with the fun of dropping things off of the third floor of McMichael.

On Tuesday May 8, physics and engineering students and faculty sat down together for the annual banquet and award ceremony.

The alumnus presented on the novel 3D printing technology used by his  Redwood City, California-based firm, Carbon. 

The university's top award comes with $15,000 to support and celebrate academic and creative achievements.

The collaboration between engineering and physical therapy faculty has produced a prototype that targets nonhealing diabetic foot ulcers.

This funding supports efforts on the development of next generation X-ray diffraction imaging systems relying on X-ray scattering rather than X-ray attenuation for baggage item identification.
