The survey of 800 registered voters in North Carolina was conducted Sept. 4-13 and explored issues such as AI’s role in the election, pre- and post-election violence and which presidential candidate voters favor on many issues.

The survey of N.C. voters conducted Aug. 2-9 also provided insights into what voters think about candidates for president and governor as well as their thoughts about the current state of the economy.

Husser, director of the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Poll and professor of political science, spoke with a Queen City News reporter about how the attempt on Donald Trump's life could impact the race.

Additional findings from the survey by the Imagining the Digital Future Center and the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Poll were that many are not confident they can detect faked photos, videos or audio.
