Assistant Professor of Biology Efraín Rivera-Serrano and ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ researchers Ryder Hutchinson ’28 and Alex Roberts ’27 received travel awards from the American Society for Virology to attend and present their research at the organization’s 2026 annual meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Computer science and game design major Saffie Hollingsworth ’27 presented an international collaborative research project, "Beyond the Books," at the International Consortium for Educational Developers' 2026 conference in Spain, engaging 15 faculty from universities worldwide in gameplay and discussion.

Elon faculty and students presented at the International Consortium for Educational Development (ICED), held at the University of Salamanca in Spain. The event was hosted by the Spanish Network of University Teaching.

Two Elon faculty members, George Talbert and Sarah Bunnell, were invited to deliver an international keynote on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, sharing how evidence-based inquiry into ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ and student learning can transform both individual practice and institutional culture.
