One of the 21st century's most influential thought leaders spoke with students on March 31 to discuss the news industry, his professional experiences, and what future members of the media may encounter. 

A ceremony marking the removal of a portion of Elon’s west wall united town and gown leaders to celebrate the university’s continued growth.

Tickets are now on sale for a talk by one of the 21st century's most influential thought leaders whose critically acclaimed book, "The Innovators: How a Group of Hackers, Geniuses and Geeks Created the Digital Revolution," will serve as the theme of his remarks at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ.

The assistant professor of sport and event management traveled to New Orleans in late February to present at the Sport and Recreation Law Association’s annual conference.

Nearly two-dozen ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ students traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina, for a March 15 conference to hear from marketing professionals and industry leaders. 

The College Media Association honored the student news organization with an Apple Award, and a School of Communications staff member and alumnus offered presentations at the convention.

Winners will know if their work will enter the national contest in April.
