Gabrielle Beamon ’19 will be paired with an executive working in the entertainment and media industry and placed in a paid summer internship.

Melissa Douglas ’18 is ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s first-ever recipient of the Richard Eaton Foundation Scholarship presented annually to students studying electronic media.

The assistant professor of sport and event management incorporates her personal experiences with the Virginia Tech massacre to promote discussion and analysis in the classroom.

Mary Kelli Palka ’95 began leading the editorial staff and newsroom of the Jacksonville, Florida, daily newspaper on Jan. 1.
