The associate professor of communications investigated how public relations was used to promote sex education initiatives immediately before and during World War I. 

Associate Professor Rich Landesberg and nine School of Communications students traveled this week to New York City, touring the facilities of several major network news organizations and meeting with high-level broadcast news professionals, including Brian Williams and Michael Radutzky, members of Elon’s Communications Advisory Board.

The School of Communications lecturer and entrepreneurship major led a theory and practice-in-action workshop at the Co|Operative, a nonprofit business startup incubator in Graham.

The ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ alumna was elevated to vice president of multiplatform content and partnerships at Authentic Entertainment, overseeing the Emmy Award-winning production company’s creative development efforts for original video content.

Jonathan Jones is an instructor in the School of Communications and the director of the N.C. Open Government Coalition. 

Bryan Anderson ’18 is supplementing his experience through a summer internship with one of the state’s largest newspapers by tapping into vital career tools at the SPDC.

Leena Dahal '17 will pursue a master's degree in modern south Asian studies at the University of Cambridge in England with the support of a scholarship established by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. 

The Society of Professional Journalists Region 2 gathering featured the Mark of Excellence Awards results, of which several Elon students were winners.
