Findings were shared Oct. 11, 2013, with representatives from several Alamance County agencies who took part in a study to uncover the motivations, benefits, and challenges of asking college students to volunteer.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ and the Times-News newspaper are co-sponsoring three events this year in which students, professors and residents of Alamance County will share diverse viewpoints on current events.

The first ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Poll of the fall semester found a majority of registered voters in North Carolina believe the nation and the state are both on the wrong track.

Shifts are open from Sept. 13-16 inside the Gray Pavilion in the Academic Village.

McKinnon Hall will be open from 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Wednesday for members of the campus community who wish to watch events leading up to and following President Barack Obama's address as part of the "Let Freedom Ring" commemoration.
