The assistant professor in the School of Communications participated in a Q&A interview with The Myanmar Times to highlight his experiences while traveling through Myanmar, a trip extensively featured in his recently released Kindle Single.

Rissa Trachman, chair of the Sociology and Anthropology Department, presented at the Belize Archaeology and Anthropology Symposium this summer regarding her research at the ancient Maya site of Dos Hombres in northwestern Belize. 

The assistant professor of economics' research examines the extent of growth elasticity in a developed economy.

The workshop will be held on Aug. 23. 

Spanish professors Ketevan Kupatadze and Mayte de Lama shared their respective research at the XVIII Congreso Internacional de Literatura y Estudios Hispánicos in San Sebastian, Spain.

The grant will allow the associate professor of education to work with two Elon professors on finding strategies that are helpful, culturally relevant and easy for families to use to foster their infant's language development.

The reception will be held Aug. 23.
