The professor of biology will share his research journey, scholarship experiences and the lessons he learned from them that helped his academic growth at Elon.

The CAA Academic Alliance requested applications from the thirteen institutions comprising the Alliance. Nearly 400 applicants responded to the call, with 22 faculty/staff members chosen for the inaugural cohort, including two from �þ���.

Four second-year law students competed in the Hassell National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition at Regent University’s School of Law.

The American College Personnel Association honored Jon Dooley, vice president for Student Life and associate professor of education, for his support and guidance throughout Jonathan McElderry’s presidency.

The Elon graduate has been recognized nationally for her deeply reported multimedia feature, “The Autistic Experience at �þ���,” which centers the voices of autistic and neurodiverse students.

�þ��� has released its President's List and Dean's List academic recognitions for the fall semester.

The university was recognized this month by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, in partnership with the American Council on Education, for its commitment to community and civic engagement.

Baker’s work will draw on her extensive experience supporting ePortfolios in teacher education, particularly through her role as edTPA coordinator for Elon’s teacher preparation programs. 

Through a 2025 Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellowship, the Elon junior traveled to Costa Rica to investigate illegal hammerhead shark fishing and the enforcement gaps threatening the endangered species.
