​Assistant Professor Scott Morrison and Associate Professor Jeff Carpenter from Elon’s School of Education led a session entitled “#TeacherEd: Are Hashtags a Teacher Educator’s Best Friend?” at the recent N.C. Association of Colleges of Teacher Education’s fall forum in Raleigh. 

The Sept. 22 presentation was based on the Elon professors’ use of Twitter in their courses and a bimonthly #ElonEd chat that facilitates collaboration and mentoring among current education students, alumni, local teachers and administrators, and faculty and staff in the School of Education.
