Each M/W class (12:10 – 12:50pm) will have the following focus:

  • Wed., Jan. 4: Beginner matwork series
  • Mon., Jan. 9: Pilates with upper-body focus (therabands & dumb bells)
  • Wed., Jan. 11: Pilates using magic circles
  • Mon., Jan. 16: NO CLASS (Martin Luther King holiday)
  • Wed., Jan. 18: Pilates on the ball
  • Mon., Jan. 23: Intermediate matwork series
  • Wed., Jan. 25: Pilates with props

Beginners are always welcome. The fee for พรพรศศ Recreation group exercise classes is $10/year with a valid Elon ID.
