Panhellenic sponsors men’s basketball, Thursday Jan. 21 at 7 p.m.

Join the Panhellenic Council at the men’s basketball game vs. Samford on Thursday, January 21 at 7 p.m. in Alumni Gym.

All Panhellenic sororities and those registered for Recruitment will be in attendance to support the Phoenix! Stop by our Moseley tables Tuesday 1/19, Wednesday 1/20, and Thursday 1/21 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. for more information!

Panhellenic Recruitment is less than two weeks away, so if you are interested in joining a sorority, register now!

All freshman, sophomore, and junior women with a GPA of at least 2.75 and 12 Elon credit hours are encouraged to register for Recruitment. Winter Term grades are not taken into consideration. Recruitment week will be held January 27-31, with convocation beginning at 7 p.m. on January 26!

Once registered, you will be contacted by your pi chi, or Recruitment counselor, who will guide you through the week! The sooner you register, the sooner you meet your pi chi and learn everything there is to know about Recruitment.

Women’s Recruitment registration is open for all freshman, sophomore and junior women with a GPA of a 2.75 or higher and at least 12 Elon credit hours. Winter Term grades will not be counted. Recruitment week is scheduled for January 26 – 31.

Join the Panhellenic Council in celebrating our annual Women’s Week! Here are the scheduled events for this week:

Tuesday, November 10, all day at the Moseley table: “Love Yourself, Love Panhellenic”

Wednesday, November 11, 8 p.m, Alumni Gym: Dr. Lori Hart Ebert on “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About the Opposite Sex” (co-sponsored by SGA)

Thursday, November 12, 7:30 p.m., McKinnon Hall: Miss Recruitment 2009 (for women interested in Elon Greek Life)

Friday, November 13, 3 p.m., Loy Center: “In Her Shoes” Race – Organizations will sponsor selected men to race in high heels

We are also having a week-long clothing drive to benefit the battered women’s shelter in Alamance County. Bring all items to the Greek Life Office or look for our table in Moseley Center!

Sorority House Tours – Nov. 8

If you are interested in participating in sorority recruitment in January, Panhellenic Recruitment Counselors (Pi Chis) will be giving tours of Loy Center sorority houses this Sunday, November 8 at 3:30 p.m.

In addition to touring the houses, chapter representatives will speak briefly about their chapter. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to be introduced to Greek Life at Elon!

Please meet the Pi Chis in the lower Loy Center court at 3:30 p.m. Can’t wait to see you there!
