Canned food drive competition (Greek vs. non-Greeks) ends April 2

Phase II and the leadership office are sponsoring a Loaves and Fishes food drive competition. Running till April 2nd it will not only be between the Greek courts but also we’re asking the non-Greek population to step up and show what they can do. Greeks leave the cans in your house/suites to be picked up on monday the 2nd , and non-Greeks please leave them in the Leadership office (Moseley 224).

Amnesty International chapter meeting, March 5

Elon now has an Amnesty International chapter and we are inviting all students/ faculty / staff to come out and see what it’s all about. Spread the word that Elon is going to be acting against social injustices and will change the statistics of hunger when there is really enough food to feed everyone in the world!

Women’s rugby interest meeting tonight, Feb. 22

There will be an interest meeting on Thursday, February 22 in Ward Octagon at 7pm for any girls interested in playing rugby. There is no experience necessary!!

Penny Wars

Update on the penny wars (a fundraiser supporting women’s rugby where loose change can show your class pride): After two days of tabling in Moseley the sophomores are winning by 103 points to the seniors who are in second. Bringing up the rear are the juniors and the freshmen who are 1,000 points in the hole. Wednesday will be our last day in Moseley (from 10 am- 4 pm) so bring up your lose change and show your class spirit.
