One-on-One fitness testing includes:

-Body Composition

-Flexibility

-Muscular Strength and Endurance

-Cardiovascular Endurance

-Consultation

EVERY TUESDAY 4:00-6:00pm on a first come first serve basis. Testing will take place in the Koury Center.
