Children from the local Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club and those participating in the It Takes a Village Project from Andrews Elementary School recently joined the Elon Phoenix and President Book at The Inn at Elon for the hunt.
Dozens of children from The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Alamance County and from Andrews Elementary recently joined Elon President Connie Ledoux Book and the Elon Phoenix at The Inn at Elon for a special Easter egg hunt.
The children enjoyed games, storytime and face-painting with President Book and the Phoenix before seeking out hundreds of Easter eggs hidden on the inn’s grounds. ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ from the Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education assisted with the special event.
