Black Innovation Matters event on April 13 to focus on ‘Black Wall Street’

The virtual event will include discussions about honoring the past while amplifying the future.

Members of the Elon community are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Black Innovation Matters event to be held virtually at 7 p.m. on April 13.

The conference will feature discussions about BlackWall Street and how to honor the past while amplifying the future. Speakers include:

  • capital activist, impact investor, author and fintech founder
  • entrepreneur, author and founder of the BlackEntrepreneur Blueprint podcast
  • Xavier Bryant ’20 Elon alumnus and cuXtom kiX founder.

The event is presented by BEI@Elon, C.R.E.D.E., the Doherty Center with additional support from NC IDEA, the Elon Black Alumni Network and the Black Student Union.
