In the segment,  reporter Keri Brown answers a listener’s question about how voting data is so readily available following primaries or elections.

Brown turns to Husser, who details the process of exit polling and discusses some of its limitations.

“They often are designed to represent bellwether precincts rather than necessarily a perfect sample or representation of all the subgroups throughout the state or the country,” Husser told WFDD.
