Elon psychology students present at the Society for Research in Child Development

Maureen Vandermaas-Peeler, professor of psychology, was the mentor for both projects.

At the recent Society for Research in Child Development conference in Baltimore, Maryland, senior psychology major Sheena Mookerjii presented her ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ research in a poster entitled, "'Once in a dark land, there was a creepy octopus!' A study of young children's storytelling." 

Lauren Westerberg '18, now a graduate student at Purdue University, presented her ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ research entitled, "The 100 languages of children: Inquiry in a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool."
