The test of the outdoor alarm and emergency alert systems by Elon ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Safety and Police will take place at 10 a.m. and will last about three minutes.
¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Safety and Police Department will be conducting a test of the outdoor alarm and emergency alert systems on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m.
The test will last about three minutesd, and an “all clear” will be given at the conclusion of the test.
During this test, as is the case during a real emergency, the Elon community will be notified in the following ways:
– Outdoor sirens
– E-Alert: text and email message
– Digital signage
– Telephone speakers/display in campus offices and classrooms
– Computer desktop alert in computer labs
– E-Net banner
