Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based group curriculum for beginners specifically designed for ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ mindfulness, meditation and stress management.

During the workshop you will learn several specific mindfulness skills and meditation techniques, including eating and walking meditations, gathas and body scan, to name a few. There are four 75-minute workshops over the course of four weeks.
