The Elon CommUNITY Dinner Program is an opportunity to connect with others interested in building community, addressing institutional concerns, and creating a more inclusive, culturally competent Elon community. Elon CommUNITY Dinners are open to all students, faculty, and staff invested in being a part of and sustaining an inclusive culture on campus.

On Thursday, Jan. 14 from 5-6:30 p.m., student facilitators will lead discussion with their peers over dinner on the theme “One ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, Many Voices.”

“The intent is for students to be able to have genuine, real conversations about their experiences with our campus culture, and what tangible things we can do to make Elon more inclusive,” ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ senior Marisa Pareti explains.

The Elon CommUNITY Dinner Program is in its first year, and Thursday’s dinner is co-sponsored by TJ Bowie, the coordinator for Residential Dining and Engagement, Marisa Pareti, executive intern, and the Provost Inclusive Community Team.

This dinner will be hosted in Green World Dining room in Colonnades Dining Hall. ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ and faculty/staff with meal plans are strongly encouraged to use them to cover their meal.

RSVPs for this event are required. RSVP to mpareti@elon.edu with your name and whether you have access to a meal plan. The first 25 individuals without a meal plan will be covered.
