Dine in or take out at Mellow Mushroom on Tuesday, May 3, from 5-9 p.m. to support the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Kitchen at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ! 10% of the proceeds made on Tuesday will go directly towards this organization. Be sure to place your receipt at the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Kitchen table on your way out to ensure your proceeds count!
¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Kitchen at ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ is an organization run by the national ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Kitchens Project. The organization gathers unused foods from Elon dining halls, ARAMARK, as well as other community contributors to donate to local people in need. ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ, faculty, and staff volunteer with this organization to help bring and prepare the food within the community.
As a part of a final group project for HSS 213: Working with Groups and Communities, a group of students is raising money for this organization and hoping to raise general awareness about its opportunities on campus.
