Alan Russell, associate professor of mathematics, published "A Model for Undergraduate Research in Statistics Education" in the July 2010 edition of the International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
The article shows how his CATL Scholar’s project was used as a vehicle for ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ research to directly improve student learning and how it might be used to introduce a new paradigm in the training of secondary mathematics teachers.
