In partnership with synerG, the young professionals initiative of Action Greensboro, ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ School of Law is hosting a series of educational events to engage the young professional community with Greensboro City Government. As part of this series, the forum, "Local Government 101: How the City Works for You," will be held in Room 211 at Elon Law on Wednesday, October 14, from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.
Questions to be explored at the forum include:
What are the structures and roles of local government?
Who is in charge?
Where does the City of Greensboro get its revenue and how is it used?
Panelists include Greensboro Interim Manager Bob Morgan and Elon Law faculty member Howard Katz.
