Elon Law faculty publish books, journal articles and news columns during summer 2009

Recent scholarship and service by Elon Law faculty members includes: "An Overview of U.S. Law," a book co-authored by Steven Friedland, a casebook on tort law co-authored by Helen Grant, a book on ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ strategies for law professors co-authored by Howard Katz, a law review article on personal jurisdiction by Catherine Ross Dunham, and a series of news columns about the need to reform North Carolina's judicial selection system by Scott Gaylord, Andrew Haile, and Alan Woodlief.
