Join ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Recreation on Friday, April 24, for the annual Bench Press Competition! Whether you push a lot of weight, or just want to participate with your friends, stop by the Koury Center lawn and patio area for an afternoon of lifting, music and prizes.
Registration will begin at 1 p.m. at the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Rec entrance and lifting will start at 2 p.m. The order will be determined by first come, first lift, and the first 100 lifters will receive a free t-shirt! Participants will be divided into weight classes and prizes will be given to the top three men and top three women based on weight lifted/body weight ratio.
Where: Just outside Koury Athletics Building (Rain location: ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Rec Commons – between the pool and fitness center)
