College for Every Student (CFES), a national nonprofit “committed to raising the academic aspirations and performance of
underserved youth so that they can prepare for, gain access to, and
succeed in college,” featured ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ this week on the organization’s Web site.
The story looks at a partnership between the Elon Academy and Amidon Elementary School in Washington, D.C. ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ from Amidon traveled to the university in May for a two-day visit to show the group “that going away to college can be an exciting, life-changing
experience that all young people should have the opportunity to access.”
