Free Fitness Assessment Tuesdays, 4-6 p.m.

Free fitness assessments are available from the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ/Staff Wanting Evaluation and Testing (SWEAT) program through the Department of Health and Human Performance and ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Recreation. Find out your current level of fitness and get suggestions to improve. Tuesdays from 4 – 6 pm in Koury Lounge
