Elon Poll mentioned in WashingtonPost.com

An Aug. 19 WashingtonPost.com article by political reporter Terry Neal mentions results from the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Poll.

Neal examines the early stages of the 2004 U.S. Senate elections, focusing on battles in several key states, including North Carolina.

“North Carolina could be a problem for Democrats even if (U.S. Senator John) Edwards decides to put all his efforts into staying in the Senate,” Neal writes. “¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ polls show his job approval rating hasn’t been above 50 percent since February 2002. His reelection numbers are soft, too, and Republicans consider this seat a good opportunity for a pick up.”
