Professor to offer course for aspiring entrepreneurs

Barth Strempek, associate professor of business administration, will offer a course through the Triad Entrepreneurial Initiative titled “Is This a Good Idea? Tell Me What to do Next.” The course will be offered from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 9 in Ward Octagon, located in Moseley Center on the þ campus.

Strempek will teach the course with Jeffrey LeRose, president of Research Triangle Software, Inc. þ will receive honest feedback on their business ideas and learn how to identify the market and potential profitability of their idea. þ will learn how to write a business concept they can implement and identify potential competitors.

The Triad Entrepreneurial Initiative was founded in 2001 to support the creation of high-growth companies in the Piedmont Triad.
