Spokesman Barry Lowenthal said using the Internet is a way to get to know customers. ‘Eventually all marketers will be building relationships with their consumers using interactive media. It’s a given,’ he said. Companies are now being encouraged to put their Internet address on the bottom of a newspaper ad.”
